Perform a team building or offsite exercise by giving your team 10 minutes per section to each star the top three qualities they think are most important for your organization. Then sort the results by votes and discuss in detail the top three highest ranked items and as a team choose whether to grade your current state as red, yellow, green by clicking on the item and choosing the color picker as the moderator.

Copy this list and score yourself against these rules.
